They naturally create engaging days, enjoy taking children on outings, and understand the importance of encouraging curiosity, confidence, and independent play. Because the children are at two very different developmental stages, the family is looking for someone who can comfortably balance both of their needs by staying organized and attentive while bringing a calm, nurturing presence to each day. A clean driving record is especially important, as transporting the children safely is a significant part of this position. Candidates who are comfortable around large dogs, enjoy spending time outdoors, and are open to occasional travel with the family will be especially successful in this role.
