After 2 years of what we’ve all experienced globally, it was beautiful to BE together! And facilitating such an important workshop together! Coach Rhonda Sharpley was definitely in her element and the energy from each participant was evident that we’re all ready for the greater good of our overall health both individually & collectively!

Thank you Cleveland Seed Bank for inviting us to share in this with you & Cleveland Roots for contributing those glorious greens 🥬 The lettuces were literally bigger than the size of our heads!
