1. Create something new every day even if it’s total trash.

3. The next time you’re driving somewhere that you’ve always gone… Try a different route.
4. Pick up a novel or an autobiography and read it!
5. Take a class, a piano lesson or a cooking class, learn to screen, print or swordfight!
6. Take yourself on a date … Plan it or don’t 🤷🏽‍♀️ make it spontaneous or get granular… but just go by yourself and explore.
