D.E.R. Development Company is excited to recently break ground on this new $5M Fire Station for Miami Township (Hamilton County) in Cleves, OH! The project consists of a new 16,885 sf structural steel, load bearing masonry and metal stud framed structure that will house three apparatus bays with support spaces, a storage mezzanine, a mezzanine for training operations, a training tower, living quarters for the fire fighters and a small administrative area. Project also includes all required sitework, utilities, underground storm detention and demolition of the existing fire station upon occupancy. DER was selected to collaborate with Miami Township, a repeat client, and MSA Architects, a firm that has designed five fire stations that DER has been associated with as a General Contractor.

Good morning from the concrete floor slab pour at the Little Miami Brewing Event Center project! D.E.R. Development Company has teamed with KBA, Incorporated Architects in providing design-build services for this 10,000 sf event center set to be finished in summer 2021.
