Ok, this is the Bicep curl using a bar, now during this assessment, I lifted one leg a few degrees up to make the curl more difficult. This helps with core strength and balance.
Basically this demo is for the proper way to do a squat. Yes this also involves where to place your hands on a bar for balance. Remember to try to keep your feet aligned with your knees and make sure when performing this, make sure your knees are in line with your feet
