Memphis, TN celebrates Arbor Day in early March which is usually the best time to plant trees here. Many states operate similarly and have their Arbor Day set on a date that aligns most closely with the best tree-planting times for the area.

National Arbor Day, however, is celebrated on the last Friday in April. So, get ready to plant some trees on Friday, April 24th, 2026 if not sooner! After all, it is finally tree season. 🌳
