FitAircrew

For those who have been with me since the beginning 2019 and the creation of FitAircrew, thank you for supporting me!

Over the last few years I have found the initial business idea of FitAircrew evolving into a more simple, family friendly platform.

Based off a need to find a reasonably priced, low commitment (read low stress for parents and athletes) training option for my own children, I reimagined FitAircrew into Between Seasons Training. I started with my own four children, then training additional teenage athletes on their off seasons, training pre-schoolers and recently adult athletes who request extra technique sessions to improve their movements. I also provide video feedback and online coaching. DM me or for more info.

I’m super excited about Between Seasons Training and hope you’ll continue to follow me over and I’ll do the same for you. Fitness is a lifelong journey and it’s so much more fun with a great community!
