Mountain Spruce Landscaping LLC is a growing design and landscape installation contractor In Colorado Springs, Co and the greater Pikes Peak Region.

MSL is looking for a Residential Landscape Foreman who can lead a unified team to install Residential landscaping in the greater Colorado Springs area. This would include but is not limited to installation of hardscape, fire pits, sod, sprinklers, retaining walls, rock and mulch, trees and shrubs. You must have verifiable experience with these things.

$25 - $30 per hour. $500 attendance bonus at 90 days of employment, $1000 at 180 days of employment. Project timeline bonuses and more.

We also provide snow removal to commercial customers. This requires everyone to be on call during any active snow storms.

Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean background
- Must have previous landscape installation experience
- Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather
- Able to perform manual labor as required
- Able to lift up to 50+ pounds

Expectations:
- Comply with and obey all company policies/procedures and safety requirements
- Work as part of a team and take direction from both onsite and off site management.
- Install irrigation system components such as pvc pipe and sprinkler heads.
- Install trees, shrubs, sod, edging, site grading and other various landscape related duties.
- Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner to include trenchers, skid steer and other various landscaping equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times to include attending weekly safety meetings
- Notify the owner or manager of equipment and material needs.
- Work effectively with peers of differing background and knowledge
- Being punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible
