It’s bridge and headwall week at Marlowe Springs on Carl Road. Footers and keyways are complete, and our pre-cast conspan bridge structures arrive in just a few days. This peaceful meadow in the heart of Liepers Fork is quickly taking shape.

Natural. Light.

The number one goal of this major renovation at our project was to brighten up the middle of this home. We think designed a layout that achieved just that. Very proud of how this project came together, looking forward to sharing more of the details in the weeks to come.

Elegance found in simplicity. Designing long, skinny bathrooms is a challenge. Most of the time in this scenario, we encourage our clients to keep it simple, don’t overthink the layout. Beauty is often times found in the most subtle of details. Some of our favorite details we incorporated in this primary bathroom:

- Center chandelier
- Glass k***s on the door handles
- Natural light flooding in from 3 sides of the space
