Halloween at the Beach? Yep, it’s happening! 🎃👻
This is one of our oceanfront beach houses.
We worked hard to get it, but let me tell you—it was 100% worth it. 🙌
Over 4,000 square feet of oceanfront goodness - seven bedrooms, an elevator that goes to all three levels, a pool, hot tub, theater room, game room—the whole package.
We rent it out through Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, and other travel platforms.
After all expenses, this place nets us and one of our partners a cool $75,000/year EACH.
But the best part? Yearly net revenue goes up every year, and so does our equity.
Oh, and did I mention that we get to enjoy the house ourselves a few times a year too?
In just a few weeks, we’re bringing 17 of our family and friends here for a week-long Halloween beach getaway.
It’s gonna be epic!
My wife and I always dreamed of owning a beach house, and now that we’ve got two of them, it’s been totally worth the grind.
It’s not just a fantastic investment—it’s a place to create memories and have fun too.

Progress often looks like destruction, but that’s only because the greater plan isn’t fully revealed yet. Don’t give up—you’re just in transition to something better.
