My last wedding cake and cookies of 2024 and I absolutely love them! This cake was a challenge that I loved taking on. I’ve never made such a big letter cut out and it turned out amazing! I was nervous for the delivery as it was just over an hour away, but it traveled beautifully.
It’s vanilla bean with raspberry filling and oh so delicious! The cookies to match were just as fun to make, I had some examples they liked but was given free rein.
