The DOJ just forced the Cleveland Clinic into a decades-long ban on gender-affirming care for minors, and has required the creation of a “detransition clinic.”

This goes beyond Ohio’s HB 68, which already stripped this care from young Ohioans.

Healthcare decisions belong to patients, families, and medical providers. Not politicians.

Equality Ohio is fighting for an Ohio where everyone has access to science-based, compassionate care. 

Equality Ohio releases 2026 Candidate Scorecard: 8 A+’s and 20 F’s.

Those twenty candidates were given an F to indicate that they have a ‘poor record and are likely to harm LGBTQ+ civil rights.’

Cleveland Pride owes us nothing. 👏🏽 From music to dancing with attendees it felt like a much needed light. Pride is very much alive and well!
