This weekend’s retreat was a journey through deep activations; from the Sawubona hibiscus tea ritual to drum making () and rhythmic regulation (). We hiked through the winter air to pay homage to our ancestors and utilized fire to release what we no longer need to carry.
Proper healing requires proper fuel (); we closed the loop by building Power Bowls designed specifically for men’s physiological wellness, prioritizing circulation, prostate health, and sustained energy.
Healing happens when we create space for the soul to speak and the body to be nourished. Deep gratitude to the brothers who showed up fully.
