GOOD MORNING COLUMBUS LOCAL 304!!!
Just a few updates for you and please share this with fellow coworkers.
We enjoyed a great membership meeting this past Saturday. A lot of good information was put out and some great discussions. We were joined by the Local President, Greg Hill. I remain hopefull for more attendance at future meetings as I urge everyone of you to get involved💪🏾
Lastly, I have begun the Step 2 meeting regarding the inclement weather and getting those who were unable to report during the January Snow storm. However, I am still requesting that those who were affected to submit a statement to the union of your attempts to report to work.

Good evening Local 304 Columbus! I’m requesting statements from everyone who missed due to the inclement weather on last Sunday and Monday.
I need statements that tell “how you attempted to make it into work and could not.” This will go a long way in assisting me in my Class Action grievance for Admin Pay.
If you missed due to the weather please write a statement and include:
1. Name
2. EIN #
3. Action taken in attempt to report to work.
Give your statement to a Shop Steward or myself. To be included in the grievance. Listen, the language states that an attempt has to be made! What attempt did you make? Help me help you💪🏾
