Hey it’s Stinson Crews. Welcome to my Honda Story Community. What’s YOUR Honda Story?

Derrick works for a competitor (I’m not mentioning names 😁). So when he came to us, that meant something.

He was driving a 2020 Civic Si, loves a manual transmission, and actually works on cars himself. So he knows what he’s talking about. He had his eye on a Type R and did the right thing by giving his employer first shot at the deal. They didn’t give him a fair number on his trade.

Their loss.

He spotted a gently used Type R on our website, just a few hundred miles on it, basically new. Came in knowing exactly what he wanted and honestly just wanted to be treated fairly. That part’s simple. We gave him a number on his trade he was happy with and he drove off in the Type R with a big smile on his face.

When someone who works in the industry chooses to buy from you, that says a lot. We didn’t take that lightly. Congrats Derrick, enjoy every shift!

Kristi’s 2004 Toyota Sienna had 280,000 miles on it. Nothing was even wrong with it, it’s just been around the block a few hundred thousand times 😂

Her husband Jeff had one instruction: let Kristi get what she wants. Simple enough, right? Well the problem was Kristi knew exactly what she wanted but didn’t want to spend the money on it.

So we went back and forth between a 2025 Pilot, which we were taking a good chunk off of to move the last units off the lot, and the 2026. The 2025 made sense on paper but it wasn’t the right color, and that’s where Jeff’s orders came back into play.

Save money or get what you want. Jeff said get what you want. Kristi, well, she put up a fight lol. But ultimately she did the right thing and drove home in a 2026 Honda Pilot in white, exactly what she had in mind from the start.

Jeff’s instructions were followed. Mission accomplished. Congratulations Kristi, welcome to the Crews Control community!

Nana was making a right turn at an intersection when a distracted driver ran a red light and hit her on the side. When she was telling me about it, I could see it still had an effect on her. That kind of thing stays with you.

She came in looking at the 2026 CR-V LX. Great entry price, one of Honda’s best sellers, but it doesn’t come with the full Honda Sensing safety suite. Given what she just went through, I wasn’t comfortable putting her in a vehicle without it.

We moved some numbers around and got her into a 2026 CR-V EX instead. Full Honda Sensing, fits her budget, and she left happy knowing she’s covered out there.

Honestly it feels good too. She came in focused on the lowest price possible, and I’m glad we could shift that conversation toward what actually matters most, her safety, without it breaking the bank.

Stay safe out there, Nana. You’re in good hands now.

Mary’s 2011 Mercedes-Benz GL 450 had a good long run, but the mechanical issues started piling up and so did the maintenance bills. Time for something new.

She wasn’t going to just settle either. She was cross shopping Lexus and Acura, so luxury was on her radar. What we found was that she didn’t need to spend at that level to get what she was after. She landed on a 2026 CR-V Sport Hybrid Touring, the top trim, and it delivered. Heated front seats, moonroof, Bose premium audio, wireless charging, built in GPS. Premium feel without the premium headache.

Since she hadn’t bought a car in a while she came in with a lot of questions, which honestly made for a great visit. We worked through every single one together, and the ones I didn’t have off the top of my head we looked up and got her the right answer. That’s how it should be.

Welcome to the Crews Control community, Mary. Something tells me this one’s gonna last you a while too.

Caitlin’s 2015 Subaru got totaled. Thankfully she walked away without any major injuries because by the sound of it, it was a pretty bad one.

She didn’t need a big SUV but all-wheel-drive was a must, especially living in Ohio. We landed on the HR-V, which is compact but doesn’t compromise on the thing that matters most around here. AWD in an Ohio winter is less of a luxury and more of a necessity.

Small footprint, big peace of mind. Glad you’re okay, Caitlin, welcome to the Crews Control community!

Sara was perfectly happy with her 2025 Ridgeline, but gas prices have a way of changing the math real quick.

She came in and made the switch to a 2026 Accord Hybrid Touring. Same great Honda, just a whole lot easier on the wallet at the pump every month.

Thanks for coming in Sara, welcome to the Crews Control community!

Frank’s friend put him on to our Cash for Clunkers promotion we were running in June. The deal was simple: bring in a be**er, walk out with more than it’s worth toward a new Honda. We was giving $2,500 to $3,000 on vehicles that most places wouldn’t look twice at.

Frank pulled up in a Chevy Silverado 1500 work truck proud too 😂. And let’s just say that truck earned its name lol. But a deal is a deal and we took care of him, putting a couple thousand more on it than what it was actually worth on the open market.

Here’s the thing. Frank already knew exactly what he wanted. His neighbor had an Urban Gray Civic and Frank told himself he was gonna get one. He manifested it 🙌🏽 Came in with his mind made up, color and everything, and we made it happen.

That’s the kind of energy I love to see. Congratulations Frank, welcome to the Crews Control community!

Someone sideswiped Lane’s 2024 Civic. Frustrating situation, but it opened the door to something better.

When you’re writing a check every month, you want to feel good about what you’re driving. So instead of just replacing what he had, Lane stepped up from the Civic EX-L all the way to a 2026 Civic Sport Touring, and the upgrade speaks for itself.

The Sport Touring brings a Bose premium audio system, wireless charging, larger 18-inch wheels, wireless Apple Car Play, and a sportier overall look inside and out. More tech, more style, and still the full Honda Sensing suite keeping him covered.

Bad situation turned into a serious upgrade. Welcome to the Crews Control community Lane.

Ms. Herr’s 2019 CRV got totaled. With all the distracted drivers out there these days, it’s important to drive something with more safety features than not.

She landed on a CRV EX-L. Didn’t need the hybrid since she’s not driving much, but safety was non-negotiable, full Honda Sensing, plus leather seats and a sunroof for good measure.

She’s a little hesitant to get back on the road, understandably. But she’s got real peace of mind now, surrounded by the latest Honda tech and safety gear.

Pleasure meeting you, Ms. Herr. Stay safe out there.

Shayla’s 2017 Civic just ran out of warranty, and with a move to Texas coming up, that timing wasn’t gonna work.

She didn’t want to be in a brand new city, brand new state, crossing her fingers her car doesn’t act up. Made way more sense to handle it now, while she’s still here, so once she lands in Texas she can actually focus on getting settled instead of worrying about her ride.

New car, new state, one less thing to think about. Good luck out there, Shayla.
