Thank you for joining us on the mat with this past Friday for Q***R YOGA !

Taking time for self-care and ***rbehavior fellowship together in community, was a wonderful way to kick off the weekend!

This is . There are also several cultural & religious holidays going on right now. We hold space for them, and honor them all. So much diversity existing & being uplifted, strengthens and supports humanity as a collective whole!

Giving thanks & offering support to Founder Aimee Pruitt (she/her) for her efforts to utilize her studio space to support ***rwellness over the past year!

She has supported Q***r Yoga, hosting the program in the past & has helped to plan Radiant Rainbow programming currently! And she was doing all of this, while navigating being a full-time Nurse, wife, mother/grandmother, and owning/running a successful yoga studio. We can't thank her enough.

Offering sincere & deep thanks to Senior Program Coordinator Jaki (she/they) and Program Director Zac (she/they) for their tireless efforts to integrate ***ryoga at the center! Jaki, specifically, worked with us over the course of a year, planning and executingthe necessary preparation to lay a groundwork for a successful rollout. She did this, while navigating relocation from our of state, a wedding engagement and then marriage, and the intensity of working her 1st Stonewall PRIDE Festival. We can't thank her enough for her support & dedication to ***rwellness !!
