Day 49 : We made it! 49 days, 3,321 miles, 10 new friends, and countless memories. Alex Gregory joined us as we rode 118 miles to Bethany Beach and dipped our front tires into the Atlantic Ocean. Thank you everyone who has supported and cheered us along our journey from coast to coast. Until next year @ Bethany Beach, Delaware

Day 48 : What a day! The sun came out as we rode into DC and met with our beneficiary RCAP to talk about the importance of their work. Thank you Farhaad, Dan, Steve, and Jess for the laughs, pushing us past our limits, and reminding us why we ride for world health. @ Washington, District of Columbia

Day 44 : Enjoyed a fast 72 mile ride into McDonald, PA powered by and humongous pizza/calzones. Welcome back Jackie and Michelle Mostow! @ McDonald, Pennsylvania

Day 45 : We passed by waterfalls, deer, and a snake riding 83 miles along the Montour Trail and the Great Allegheny Passage. 5 days away from reaching the Atlantic Ocean! @ Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania

Day 46 : Raced down the slopes from the Eastern Continental Divide into Cumberland, MA. Thank you Ron for sharing your stories about the town's connections to George Washington, Tiffany, and the underground railroad! @ Cumberland, Maryland

Day 47 : Toughened out the muddy C&O trail and a sketchy tunnel to arrive at the barn in Williamsport, MD. Two more days of cycling! @ Williamsport, Maryland

Day 43 : Fresh legs and fresh faces powered the team 112 miles through the rain from Columbus to Uhrichsville, OH. Thank you First United Methodist Church for providing dinner and giving us a place to stay overnight!
