The beauty of tracking macros and flexible dieting is you can create a body + balanced lifestyle you love WITHOUT restriction.
If someone tells you you can’t eat fast food..BYEEEEE.
So what’s the best option to order at Wendy’s?!
1. Something high in protein and lower in fat: the best option here is their grilled chicken sandwich.
2. Then choose a side that sounds good to you but make sure to keep it a smaller portion to not blow your calories or carbs/fats for the day. I typically go for a small fry and a Diet Coke.
This is such a good example of balance and showing up for yourself on the go while still enjoying that fast food :)
