As a student at Liberty University pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am conducting research on the effects of childhood trauma and neglect on adult mental health and substance use disorders. Please be assured that your identity will not be requested, and your answers will remain private. The survey consists of simple, sensitive questions regarding childhood trauma (physical, sexual, and/or emotional) and neglect before age 18, as well as mental health and substance use disorders diagnoses.
