Stand-up paddleboard yoga making waves in central Ohio On a recent sunny, Saturday morning, a dozen people headed out on the water at Alum Creek State Park to try yoga on a paddleboard. Many in the group had experience practicing yoga, but moving through the positions on the board brought out the beginner in all of them.
