Happy International Women’s Day.

Today I had the joy of celebrating my dear friend Ukeme Awakessien Jeter, who is running for State Representative Disrict 7. Being in that room reminded me just how powerful it is when women gather not only to celebrate one another, but to actively support each other’s leadership.
There is something powerful about being in a room filled with women who are not waiting for permission. Women who are building, leading, advocating, and changing the game.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” is a powerful reminder that when we invest in women, support women, mentor women, and open doors for women, we all gain. Our communities gain stronger leadership. Our daughters gain new possibilities. And our future becomes brighter.

Grateful to stand among the game changers and to support women who are stepping forward to lead.

Today we officially kick off my Go Red for Women campaign! ❤️ I’m so excited to gather with friends and supporters at our fashion kickoff event at LL Luxe Levels.
Honored to have met the incredible Marian Dancy, a Go Red for Women survivor whose journey is a powerful reminder of why this work matters. After experiencing serious health challenges following the birth of her fourth child, Marian’s diagnosis of peripartum cardiomyopathy transformed her into an advocate for women listening to their bodies and trusting their instincts.
We’re honored to have her walk in today’s fashion kickoff as we launch Go Red for Women at LL Luxe Levels. ❤️👠

I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been nominated as a 2026 Central Ohio Woman of Impact with the American Heart Association. This honor is deeply personal and marks the beginning of a journey rooted in purpose, wellness, and community.
Heart disease is the number one killer of women, yet so many of us put our health on the back burner. This year, I’m choosing to lead by example — prioritizing my health, mind, and wellbeing, and inviting other women to do the same.
