“Hand in Hand”
Mission:
Is a plan to assist Homeless Veterans along with returning military personnel walk Hand in Hand with God and each other to build a successful life and future. Building an independent community to maintain and sustain their future.

Vision: “We leave no one behind!”

Goal(s):
I. Search for and secure a closed Military Base(s) or any abandoned large commercial facility; Hospitals, Retail Malls, Hospitality Facility or vacant land.
a.)Housing or space that can be inhabited or rehabbed as a owned residence for the veteran and family.
See Section under ownership contract regulations.
b.) Hospital/Healthcare Facility, that is or can be utilized or rehabbed and brought to state of the art medical facility. Function with reserve military medical staff. See Section under Healthcare guidelines SOPs. (Standard Operating Procedures).
These first two elements are a must.
Add the following elemental
1.Security/Law Enforcement Units, these units will consist of trained veterans (non active duty) Honorably Discharged and will meet state and federal training guidelines. See Section Security/Law Enforcement Regulations and Training
2. Search for and secure Veterans that with make up a Facility Management Team consisting of the following elements; a.) Housing/Residential Director b.) Hospital Administrator c.) Medical Director. d.) Security/Law Enforcement Director(s). 4.) Human Resource Director. 5.) Logistics Director. 6.) Transportation Director. 7.) Facilities Director. 8.) Technology/IT Director. 9.) Public Relations/Communications Director. 10.) Legal Director. See Section Management Team Qualifications/Guidelines.
3. Staffing, under each of these Directors will be a staff trained in each of their area of expertises. Human Resources along with each Director will interview and make the selection. See Section Staffing positions/job descriptions/qualifications.
1. An Independent Oversight Committee (This committee will not be filled by any government officials appointed or elected). It will consist of successful individuals/professionals from each area of the Facility Management Team. See Section Oversight Committee Qualifications/Requirements.
Select a base that has recently (10 years) closed, no major Hazmat issues ; minor natural!
