Hurst Hot Rods and Customs

We got a chance the last couple of weeks, to help get some things done on a 1939 Nash Ambassador. We moved the motor back roughly 7" and made new motor mounts to allow for clearances up front. We added a rear shock upper mount along with fitted it with correct size shocks. And then we moved onto some rust repair, replacing the firewall as well as a couple sections of flooring that were rusted out. The car is now heading back to House of pearl for a lot more rust and body work.

We made some good progress on another big project car this week. This 2002 Bmw got a full custom air ride setup, with struts in the front and bags in the rear, and a airlift 3p setup to control it. This is just the first step on the long list for this build, so be on the lookout for more changes coming soon.
