AG drone spraying. It has a lot of benefits since it doesn't touch the ground. A niche we have found is getting into fields that have just been tiled, spraying them, and then when it is ready the farmers can work it and plant it right away.
The added bonus is we fly the field with a mapping drone, and then provide GPS coordinates of where the lines are.
On a two day project with spraying Cure and Seal 25. Great team that moves with purpose, and the cure and seal has a great finish.
It was a hot and high UV pour, so we were extra diligent with drone concrete curing to get on the finished sections within minutes, allowing some of that moisture to be retained, and allow the concrete the time it needs to harden and strengthen.
Also a big shout-out to for coming out to watch!
Drone concrete curing. Another day on site. Sunny all day and windy towards the end. We were following the finishers closely to help reduce moisture loss and future issues with delamination. It also allowed the cut crew to get on it earlier and keep the project moving.
Exposed concrete floors are becoming more popular! Every slab has a story, and is unique.
Our unique process takes care of the concrete after it's poured with a specific curing compound that allows the concrete to cure and harden over 30 days while taking the beating of the construction process (framing through a first primer coat), then we strip the cure off and expose a fresh unique slab and seal it. Easy maintenance for homeowners to easily and quickly clean up messes or landlords to reduce turnover costs.
Extremely tight space for everyone to work in on this pour. Fortunately with the drone and a simple setup from the van we are able to tuck ourselves in a corner and work from there!

This paving pour was full sun and the wind started to pick up. Both things that suck all the moisture out of the concrete quickly. Drone concrete curing helps get on the freshly finished concrete and cure it to lock in that moisture!

Back inside today. Stripping an initial cure off that we sprayed when the slab was finished. Then we steamed and polished the concrete and are sealing it with an anti-skid.
This two step process allows for concrete protection, strengthening and hardening and takes the beating of the construction process. Then after the primer goes on the walls we come in and strip all that construction traffic off the slab, highlight its uniqueness and then seal it.
Wrapped up a 5 pour project with over the past couple of weeks.
It was a great project. Can't wait for the next collaboration!
Concrete prep and seal. At an apartment complex prepping concrete and prepping and sealing Gypcrete for floor installs.
Had a plan. The situation and the plan apparently didn't talk to each other before the day began.
Still got all the spraying in, and performed a mapping flight to provide GPS location of tile, and the mapping drone worked great!
