Yesterday, we had a great discussion about money 💵
Is it good or is it bad? 🤔

Looking at John 12 & Matthew 26, we examine 2 accounts of women who poured very expensive perfume onto Jesus’ body. Those who witnessed this were pretty upset, as the perfume could’ve been sold for a lot of money and used for something better, in their opinion.

From these accounts, we find out that money is not a bad thing however, the LOVE of money is! It plays a such a huge role in our decision-making and is the one thing we’re constantly worried about!

While it’s totally understandable to be concerned about our finances, the Bible says in Matthew 6:25-33 that if we seek FIRST God’s kingdom and righteousness, He will give us everything we need! This is an amazing promise to EVERYONE. What an encouraging scripture! 😄
