Major thanks to Hannah and Aaron from for making sure the extra boxed lunches from their event today wouldn’t go to waste! These tasty meals made their way to residents at two different supportive housing locations in Franklinton this afternoon. 💕🥪

When life gave 100 pounds of mistakenly-delivered ground beef last week, they reached out to the CFR crew—and the Ro’s Kitchen team made quick work of transforming those giant tubes of meat into gorgeous taco salads for community members to enjoy!

The finished product features refried beans, ancho croutons, pickled pearl peppers, and parmesan crisps alongside the ground beef.

Thanks SO much to Jordan and the Stacked team for connecting with us so swiftly—and thanks to chefs Brian, Avery (pictured), and Terence for helping morph this mistake-meat into restaurant-quality meals. They’ll be in the deliveries for visitors to , , and others this week!
