Last week brought mixed emotions for me as I watched 10 young men from my mentoring program graduate from high school, all of whom I have known since fifth grade. #

The organization I Founded , People Like Me, is having their 31 days of giving. We provide mental health , evidence-based education & prevention services for alcohol, to***co, & other drugs to youths and families.

We have The Outlet which is an individual, group, school and community based mentoring and prevention services program serving youth ages 10 to 21. We envision a community where every youth experiences a variety of positive and encouraging relationships that provide a sense of belonging and allows each youth the ability to achieve their full potential both individually and as members of the community.

We also have our Men Like Me program which is to educate and empower fathers and men re-entering back into the community. A transitional program focusing on Reentry and Fatherhood.
