The Con Men

This weekend we got to sing together for the first time in about 18 months. It was so great to sing for all the wonderful residents of Middle Bass Island. Always the best weekend of the year. We're bad about keeping our page up to date, but today is a special day. Today, our very own Russell T. Watterson turns 31 years of age. We're wishing him a very happy birthday and (like we do every year) congratulating him on catching up to the rest of us. If you wish him a happy birthday on Facebook, he probably won't see it, but he will be thankful nonetheless. HBD, buddy!

Attention Facebook! The Con Men will be performing next month in Central Ohio! One hour of (mostly) non stop singing on a Saturday afternoon and it is FREE ADMISSION!

Centerburg Oldtime Farming Festival A non-profit organization dedicated to putting on a FREE festival the third weekend of September each year that strives to celebrate and preserve the agricultural heritage of the Centerburg, Ohio area.

We're so happy to have been singing together for over 11 years. It never stops being fun, and it just keeps getting better.

What an absolute blast! After taking a year off from contest, having two members move away from home, being able to only practice about once a month all year, and having two of our members working full time all week at the convention, we are completely humbled to have competed in our 6th international quartet contest and to have scored our 2nd highest international score of 80.0%! We can't accurately explain how grateful we are for the complete outpouring of love and compliments that we have received this week at the convention. It was truly a pleasure to be able to share our music with the best audience in the world again, and we are so happy for all of our friends in the other quartets for being a part of the best contest this hobby has ever known. Congratulations especially to our JAD friends in The Core and Quorum for making the quartet finals this Saturday night! We are still going strong at convention all week and we look forward to even more great singing over the next few days! We want to give a huge shout out to the Keene, NH Cheshiremen Chorus for having us on their show this past weekend! It was great to get together and share our songs and the stage with these guys. The hospitality we received was more than generous, and this will definitely be a show that we will never forget!
