Allow us to (re)introduce Clayton Young, The Refectory's sommelier — the curator behind every pour, pairing, and "you have to try this" moment that finds its way to your table.

A Dublin, Ohio native, Clayton began his career here at The Refectory over eight years ago, working nearly every role in the house before finding his calling in wine. Now a certified sommelier, he brings genuine curiosity and freshness to our cellar — whether he's tracking down a small grower-producer most lists overlook or helping a guest discover the bottle they didn't know they were looking for.

And there's plenty more to taste ahead. This season, Clayton takes the lead on a standout lineup — a Jura Wine Dinner on July 21, and Somm v Somm v Somm on August 11, a spirited showdown where he goes glass-for-glass with fellow sommeliers.
