Terrible foundation that we had to fix before laying this beautiful luxury vinyl plank(lvp) with shoe molding and a fresh new coat of paint on the baseboards

Huge fan of the pattern tiles and this concrete tile backsplash came out beautifully and who doesn't love a super clean crisp caulk line to finish a job off

Walls were way out of plumb so lots of preparation work on this small backsplash

These tiles are concrete so they need extra sealing and we laid them all out and sealed before install and after install and once more after grouted
