Want to know the best way to establish a morning routine?
It’s not all meditation and chanting.
It’s all about making it work for you.
Regardless if that’s lying on the floor drinking a hot chocolate or
sipping lemon water and journaling, you need to find what lights
YOU up.
Here’s some tips to finding your morning routine:
- Write down A handful of things (five) that fill up your cup, work out which ones
could (even in part) be part of your morning.
Don't be a sheep – don't do 100 sit-ups and push-ups
each morning just because you saw someone else
spruiking the benefits.
- Be prepared to adapt and change your routine as your
needs and season change.
I get it. It can be hard to forsake much-valued sleep for a
new morning routine.
But if you are motivated to try something new to fill up
your own cup before you face the day, a morning routine
could be your ticket.
