These Dessert Salads 4 Ways are sweet, creamy, fruity, and perfect for potlucks, holidays, cookouts, and family gatherings.
Ingredients
🥄 Snickers Salad
3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
6 medium-large Granny Smith or Pippin apples
6 full-size Snickers candy bars
caramel sauce optional garnish
lemon juice for preventing apples from browning (optional)
🥄 Berry Cheesecake
4 cups fresh strawberries rinsed, hulled, and quartered
1 cup fresh blueberries rinsed
1 cup fresh blackberries rinsed and cut in half or quartered
1 cup heavy cream very cold to make fresh Whipped Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
¼ cup granulated sugar
10.6 ounces mixed berry Greek yogurt NOT sugar-free
🥄 Watergate Salad
6.8 ounces pistachio pudding mix (two 3.4-ounce boxes)
20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
12 ounces whipped topping
½ cup pecans, chopped
1 ½ cups white mini marshmallows
chopped pecans and maraschino cherries for garnish
1 cup shredded coconut, if desired
🥄 Ambrosia Salad
8 ounce container Cool Whip thawed
¾ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
½ cup chopped pecans 1 tablespoon reserved for garnish
20 ounce can pineapple tidbits in 100% juice drained well
15 ounce can mandarin orange segments in 100% juice drained well
1 cup maraschino cherries drained well and halved
