Well, where to start, what a massive job this has been, I can't believe what this job has put in our way from woodworm to unsafe structures to hidden dorma windows. It's been a massive rollercoaster of a job. But here is the story in pictures, so please take the time to look them and like and share for many others to see this beautiful transformation of the Oakley arms in Harrold Bedfordshire.

I haven't posted for a while due to waiting for the council to allow us to have traffic lights up on the high street in harrold Bedfordshire. What a week we have had its been a filthy and extremely dusty week, but finally, we have uncovered the true caricature of this beautiful property. Whilst stripping the old thatch, we discovered that the windows should be dorma windows, not eyebrow windows. The last photo we found was dated 1920, and it had eyebrow windows then. We will be rebuilding the windows to dorma windows as the original property had. I'm so pleased all the much dust and dirt is finally over.
