We are proud to share that Maddalone Development has completed the decking and handrail systems for the newly rebuilt Bob Hall Pier on North Padre Island in Corpus Christi, Texas.

This project included:

• Over 1,300 linear feet of commercial decking systems
• More than 3,000 linear feet of engineered handrail systems
• Marine-grade installation designed for Gulf Coast conditions

Extending more than 1,200 feet into the Gulf of Mexico, Bob Hall Pier remains one of the most iconic fishing and sightseeing destinations along the Texas coast.

After years of storm damage and rebuilding efforts, seeing this historic pier reopen is a moment of pride for the entire Corpus Christi community.

We are honored to have played a role in restoring this landmark for residents, visitors, and future generations.
