• Renter is responsible for loss, theft, or damage while item is in their possession
• All rentals include tracked/insured shipping and must be returned by the agreed return date
• Return shipments must include tracking
• Billing and shipping addresses must match
• Blue Ridge & Co. reserves the right to decline rentals at our discretion
