Tomorrow is the big day - election day in Rowlett!

So far in Rowlett there have been a total of 2,850 votes registered in early voting (Dallas and Rockwall County). Since folks can vote anywhere in their county during early voting this number could be higher if they voted somewhere else outside of Rowlett.

We have an estimated 42,000 to 43,000 registered voters. Even if we doubled the number of early voters on the May 3rd election, that would be just shy of 13%.

So, if you haven't voted please do so tomorrow. If you have voted and know people who haven't, then please gently "drag" them to the polls.

We have a better local government when more of its citizens participate! As always, thank you for your support and hopefully I have secured your vote for my re-election!

Early voting in Rowlett is a mere 4 days away - April 22. Early voting will be at the Rowlett Community Center, 5300 Main St.

As of this morning there are 200 of you who are following my Mike4Rowlett page. If each of you simply shared with 10 of your friends and family, that would be 2,000 votes.
Given our voting history in Rowlett, we generally see approximately 3,000 to 4,000 people who actually come out and vote in a municipal election. It's sad that the numbers are so low, since we have in excess of 41,000 registered voters in our city, but it is what it is.
Please help me get re-elected to Place 4 so that I can continue serving this great city!
