Now it's starting to hit home to more residents: the Texas grid operator, ERCOT says it can't be sued. Why? Because of SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY.

We've been preaching about this for awhile now.

North Texas Municipal Water District Victims

As you can see in the photo above, this is what happens when North Texas Municipal Water District decides to put a water pipeline through a property. Though they were expected to restore the property to its previous lush green state, the easement looks like a barren parking lot. Now, they are hiding behind “sovereign immunity,” leaving landowners with no rights to fight back.
