“What’s the deal with the ‘check engine’ light? It’s not telling me what to check, it’s just... on! Is the engine okay? Is it not okay? Maybe it’s just having a bad day! It’s like a friend who says, ‘I’m fine,’ but you know they’re not fine. Do I need a mechanic or a therapist for this thing?”

Last 2 days I failed to get to the Gym. It is hard when self doubt creeps in & you feel like you’re not accomplishing what you set out to do. waking up early was not the hard part. it was the voice in my head of all the reason to not do it!

So if there is something you been putting off or feel like there is a million reasons you can’t succeed. Do it anyway you may surprise yourself!
