We’re proud to share the completion of our first full tenant improvement for United States Renal Care in Midlothian, TX. This project marks an exciting milestone for our team as we expand into a new partnership and deliver a space that will serve the community in a meaningful way.

Huge shoutout to Steven for stepping up, taking the time to learn, and dialing in the detailed processes required to successfully deliver this type of clinic. His dedication and attention to detail played a key role in bringing this project across the finish line. 👏

The clinic is set to open Monday, and we’re looking forward to continuing our partnership with this new client and many more projects ahead.

We’ve wrapped up another Starbucks uplift in Moss Bluff, LA, bringing a fresh look to the space with new furniture, refreshed lighting, and updated paint. These targeted improvements help elevate the environment while keeping the store comfortable and functional for everyday use.

Our team handled this uplift with the same focus and consistency we bring to every project, making sure the details were right and the ex*****on stayed on track.
