It's been a long time coming but I'm beyond happy to be shooting again. I disappeared for almost a year and had to do some serious "soul searching" which brought me to the realization that I was taking photos based on what I thought other people would like instead of shooting my style and what I like. Slowly but surely I started losing my love for photography and though months later, I realized that I had also distanced myself from all the people I had met along the way and that hit me kind of hard.

There were bridges burned and relationships ruined through this process and though I am definitely not happy about how things transpired on my end, I grew as a person and all I can do is learn from it and move forward. I'm not where I'd like to be but I know "I am exactly where I'm supposed to be" right now.

So today, I pickup my camera for myself to create something that I know has always been there. I'm still on my journey but growth only comes from failure and struggle. So....Here we go!
