French Fries
Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Oil for deep frying
Procedure:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into strips.
2. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry.
3. Toss with cornstarch and spices.
4. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
5. Drain and serve hot.
🟡 Potato Balls
Ingredients:
• 3 large potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp chopped green onions
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients into mashed potatoes.
2. Shape into small balls.
3. Fry until golden brown.
4. Serve with sauce.
🥟 Potato Samosa
Ingredients:
• 3 large potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 1/2 cup peas
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp salt
• Samosa wrappers
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Cook onion, cumin, and ginger-garlic paste.
2. Add potatoes and peas, mix well.
3. Fill mixture into wrappers and seal.
4. Deep fry until crispy and golden.
🍠 Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
Procedure:
1. Cut potatoes into wedges.
2. Toss with oil and spices.
3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes.
4. Serve crispy wedges.
🥔 Aloo Tikki
Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 green chili (chopped)
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp salt
• Oil for shallow frying
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients into mashed potatoes.
2. Shape into flat patties.
3. Shallow fry until golden on both sides.
4. Serve hot with chutney.
🥔 Potato Chips
Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Slice potatoes very thin.
2. Rinse and dry slices.
3. Fry until crisp.
4. Sprinkle salt and paprika.
🧀 Potato Croquettes
Ingredients:
• 3 large potatoes (mashed)
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp cheese (optional)
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Shape into logs.
3. Coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry until golden and crispy.
🌀 Potato Twisters
Ingredients:
• 3 large potatoes
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Cut potatoes into spiral shapes.
2. Coat with cornstarch and spices.
3. Fry until crispy.
4. Serve hot on skewers.
😊 Potato Smiley
Ingredients:
• 3 large potatoes (mashed)
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients into dough.
2. Roll and cut into smiley shapes.
3. Fry until golden.
4. Serve with ketchup.
