Dinners served. Simple, easy and quick to prepare.
This is honestly my favorite meal lately due to how simple it is and the minimal prep to make.
Eating healthy doesn't necessary mean laboring in the kitchen, coming up with something complex or dreading eating foods you don't enjoy.
Starting with whole foods you know you enjoy is a great place to begin and grow outward from there.
