Improve Posture 👉 3 Easy Exercises to help with posture.
These exercises are specific for strengthening your shoulders and back. They are my favorite out of the many moves you can perform for improved posture, and also offer the best results after incorporating them into my regular workout routine.
It’s equally important to stretch your shoulders, strengthen your lower back and abdominals, as well. All of these things coupled together helps with overall posture.

The squeeze and pause at the top of your hip thrust and your glute bridge is key. Push through your heels and focus on the movement, don’t rush it 👌

3 Sets 12-15 Reps
Hip Thrusts
Side Lying Hip Abductions
Bulgarian Split Squats
Glute Bridges
Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute in between sets 🍑
Good Morning Stretch 🤩
I woke up with a mild headache and my arms are sore from yesterdays upper body workout, so I needed a good stretch this morning. Nothing crazy or strenuous just a nice flow to wake up my body.
Stretching is great for soreness, flexibility and it lengthens the body.
I spent about 15 minutes stretching this morning - it was all random, there was no plan or rules to this flow. I did what felt good and when it felt great I circled back to that move.
Even if you only have 5 minutes today, try a stretch session that feels good to you.
