Just finished a short class with the master, George Kordis, in Athens practicing large scale drawing. There is so much to learn!

This summer’s Cretan residency is completed and I’m on the way home. We painted the Hospitality of Abraham over 10 days of watching the master paint and then us painting our own. Below is my version of the icon. (PM me if you are interested in purchasing it.) Fr. Dean joined me for a few days and we hiked the Samaria Gorge after the residency, an incredible experience. Glory to God for the beautiful gathering with beautiful people to do beautiful work in a beautiful place to the glory of God!
