Shelby Stanley has a commitment to doing anything she can to help growers, producers, retailers, distribution, and any ancillary businesses to bring safe, legal cannabis to the market and has help drive Shelby Stanley’s career with Digipath Labs since 2014. As the prior Operation Manager of Digipath, Shelby ushered clients through the testing and reporting processes quickly and professionally, delivering on time, every time. Shelby also helped with the passage of Question 2, the 2016 initiative that legalized recreational cannabis in Nevada, she is an active member of the NCIA. She helped start LV Women Grow chapter and spoke at Millennials in MJ panel and CBD.io convention. In 2014 Dan, Shelby’s stepfather was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. What was a profession she was extremely passionate about, became very personal for her. The Nevada industry and its licensee showed so much love and compassion to him, that her passion for the plant was fueled intensely. Together her and her stepfather created diaries documenting all cannabis products being used and its affects, to better tailor her regiment with the plant.

With an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence Shelby helped Digipath Labs become a leader in the industry. In July of this year Shelby started her own advising company Dandee, LLC which is dedicated to helping all license with anything they could need help within regulations, site audits on facilities from scientific background gained with Digpath Labs. Shelby has been in the industry for 6 years November 1st and continues to have the same passion and dedication to regulations in the Nevada industry!

I worked in media, education, business development, marketing, technology, and entertainment for many years before launching our agency. I advise business owners, entrepreneurs, and independent contractors on how to manage their outreach, sales, customer service processes, marketing, advertising, and communication strategy in efficient and cost-effective ways.

Marvin is a graduate of The University of Idaho and now resides in the NYC area.

Raised in a family of property developers, Jessica Chandler’s career in real estate began in her 20s. Jessica Chandler’s passion for real estate combines public speaking and an empowering educational program, Legacy Wealth Nation, that launches publicly January 2020.

Denise Mahaffey, a former national Director of Marketing, founded Mahaffey Enterprises, Inc. (MEI) in 2005 and in 2019 co-founded Trinity Global Enterprises, LLC, a public relations and media agency. TGE Research and TGE Media were also created to pioneer and grow emerging industries with marketing, PR and media. Through Mahaffey’s leadership, mass awareness of industries has ranged from IT and biotech to consumer and pet products, research, agriculture natural wellness and more.

Graham Magee is an Owner at Bloom Holdings LLC, the Parent company of Bloom-H**p and Bloom Distribution.

After founding a successful international import and export company, as well as serving as Sales Manager for one of the largest home goods retailers in the United States, Graham joined the team at General H**p in 2013. In addition to being one of the leading sales representatives for H**pMeds products, Graham fulfilled the role of Charity Director for the Compassionate Care Outreach Program (CCOP). Engaging with organizations such as AutismOne and the hope4harper Foundation, CCOP paved the way for CBD awareness.

In 2014, Graham assumed the role of North American Sales at Endoca. In this role, his knowledge and passion for CBD grew rapidly. Graham was fascinated with every aspect of CBD, from the science to the quality differences between products. In this position, Graham solidified his position within the CBD space.

With Graham’s growing passion for CBD, he joined Alpha Canna in 2016 as Chief Executive Officer where he directed and motivated the organization, creating a path for expansion.
