Many factors influence the number on the scale:
✅ Your body composition (lean muscle mass, water weight, and body fat)
✅ Your metabolic rate
✅ Your cycle (Yes, your weight fluctuates throughout your cycle and 𝒊𝒕'𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒍!)
