2nd session UPDATE!

We allowed 7 weeks between her 1st and 2nd appointment for the filler to settle so we could determine if or what we wanted to do next.

Some clients and injectors prefer one session to achieve the desired look, however, we take an individualized approach to each treatment. Sometimes that may mean more than one visit.

Why do we prefer this? Once you’ve reached an upper limit of filler volume in an area, adding more filler gives the injector less control of the outcome. Precision is key if you want flawless, undetectable results.

A staged approach will give you time to heal and for the filler to integrate into the tissue, thus becoming your new enhanced anatomy in which to build upon.

In regards to this client, the priority of her 1st appointment was to address the loss of volume in the mid-cheek that was creating a heaviness in the lower half of the face.

**Remember- We treat the SOURCE of the problem, and not the symptom.

1st session: We added filler to the mid-cheek, along the cheek bone, and orbital rim, as well as, smile lines and chin.

2nd session: We added a few drops of filler to the mid-cheek and orbital rim, in addition to the smile lines.
