Menopause will affect we very single woman.

Some, like me will experience it at a premature age. The average age of menopause idle 51. Menopause is when a woman has not had a menstrual period in more than 1 year.

Many have bothersome symptoms including difficulty sleeping, hot flashes, joint pains, memory issues, and it can be debilitating.

When the average life expectancy of a woman was 65 menopause made sense. You were at the end of your life; ten more years if you’re lucky.

Now, women are living to be over 100! I absolutely loved my relationships with my 100 year old patients. And, many of them are still healthy and s*xual active!

Estrogen is a critical hormone to Genitourinary healthy. This hormone prevents urinary tract infections, helps your body make natural lubrications, keeps the va**na healthy, elastic and functional. For many women local va**nal estrogen is the best option to maintain feminine health.

For many more system hormones are the right answer. Estrogen keeps your brain, heart, bones and more (Genitourinary health previously mentioned) healthy.

Please talk to a qualified menopausal expert about your hormones and menopause.

You don’t have to suffer.

You should not make yourself suffer.

Even breast cancer survivors should be given va**nal estrogen therapy, especially the young premature menopausal women. Don’t wait until s*x is painful and your bladder is unhappy.
