SELLER: The market is hot! Shouldn’t I list my home over market value to take advantage?
ME: Your home IS beautiful, and I’m positive I can get it sold at a price you’ll be satisfied with. But I wouldn’t recommend listing it over market value. Remember, your buyers have an agent, too—and they’re really good at sniffing out overpriced homes.
