We are looking for an HR Admin. If you have at least 1 year of experience in an HR assistant role or HR Admin experience this is the perfect role for you. Our company is growing and need to add more people to our HR team.

General responsibilities:
•Answer office phones
•Welcome office visitors
•Assist team members with HR Tasks, employment verifications, unemployment inquiries, hearing packets, employee relations investigations, etc.
•Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
•Re-direct ER issues, medical issues, or work injuries. Log documentation and save accordingly. Escalate exposure to HR Manager on a daily basis.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Our office is located in Kingwood, TX. Starting pay range is $15+/hr (DOE). Bilingual preferred. If you or someone you know is looking for an HR opportunity please reply to this post and I will contact you as soon as possible.
